Building something and getting people to use it are the same problem.
We come from both development and marketing, so we've never treated them as separate jobs. The design, the words, and the code are made together by the same person. We keep working until the purpose of a product is obvious the moment someone opens it.
Most of the work is the finish.
Getting something working has never been easier. Getting it right hasn't changed. It still takes an interface that was designed rather than assembled, words that sound like a person, and a structure underneath planned by engineers who know what holds up and what doesn't. We know AI well, what it does brilliantly and where it falls apart, and that judgement shows in everything we make.
The person you email is the person who builds it.
There's no account manager and no handoff. From the first call through launch, you talk to the person designing it and writing the code. We only take on a few products a year, so nothing gets lost between people. You own everything we make, from the code to the domain.
And we stay after launch.
Launch is when a product starts being real, not when the work ends. People use it in ways nobody planned, something eventually needs fixing, and it becomes clear what the next version should be. We look after what we build, so when any of that happens you're talking to us, not starting over with someone new.
